Accessing the platform requires an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account. Sharing accounts or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
Buyers must ensure sufficient funds in their wallet before initiating purchases. Sellers are expected to provide accurate and truthful information about their NFTs. Users may not purchase their own NFTs. All completed transactions are final once processed.
Aura Pixel may apply transaction fees for sales and purchases. All deposits, withdrawals, and payments are subject to verification and may take up to 24 hours to process for security reasons.
Users can fund their accounts using ETH. Each deposit generates a secure wallet address and QR code. Withdrawals require verification and approval by Aura Pixel to ensure safety and compliance.
Ownership of NFTs is transferred upon purchase; however, copyright, reproduction, or commercial rights remain with the creator unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users are prohibited from claiming ownership of content they did not create.
Activities such as fraud, money laundering, misrepresentation, or manipulation of platform mechanics are strictly forbidden. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
Aura Pixel is not liable for losses, technical issues, or unauthorized access to accounts. Participation in NFT trading carries inherent risk, and digital assets may not have value outside this platform.
